svk bogie-hearth chamber dryers and low-temperature furnaces are suitable for drying, vulcanisation, curing of surface layers, granulate drying, burning-in of electrical components and preheating of various materials before additional processing and further for heat treatment of material such as artificial ageing of aluminium and its alloys and other materials, if applicable, primarily in plastics, rubber, automotive, electrotechnical, glass, ceramic and foundry industry. behalf its design they provide for comfortable loading of bulky and heavy batches into the furnace using a crane or other method.

description of dryer construction:

-frame, door and outer jacket is made of special insulation sandwich plates connected by thin-walled steel sections

-the door opens upwards electrohydraulically

-venting and suction bleeder is located on central fan unit

-the internal air circulation is horizontal and is solved by means of central circulation unit containing also heating elements (for all dryer sizes)

-switchboard is on the right side of the dryer

-industry controller enables to save 30 control programs, each program may include up to 15 steps; the operator may start the selected program on specified date and hour by means of real-time clock

-heating switched off by end switch when the door opens

-k-type thermocouple, contactless switch relay, limit unit ht 40b
