the vkt bogie heart furnace is used for different technologies like is cooling, decorating, debindering or sintering special glass in glass production or quenching, stress releaving, anneling etc. in industry, where is necessary loading on bogie. several bogies can be used, so that one bogie can be charged while the other bogie is in the furnace.

description of bogie-hearth chamber furnace:

-steel frame and external jacket

-door opening upward using hydraulic cylinders

-manually controlled ventilation flap

-manually driven carriage (for vkt 800 vkt 2000)

-electrically driven carriage (for vkt 3000 vknc 7000)

-carriage spirals covered with sic plates

-insulated by isobloks

-heating meandres suspended on ceramic pins

-door equipped with safety terminal switch

-controller industry allows saving of 30 control programs in the internal controller memory, each program can consist of up to 15 steps, operator may start the select program on a preset date and time thanks to the installed real time clock
