the hardening centre can be used for preheating, quenching and tempering, charge hardening in semi gas-tight furnaces implementation, oil or water bath quenching, case hardening and nitration, for temper hardening and dispersion hardening.

contains big hardening table, hardening furnace from pk 10/12 to pk 105/12, and tempering furnace pp 20/45,65,

description of hardening table:

-frame welded from section bars,

-cooling fan and grid for hardening in air flow,

-one table leg equipped with height-adjustable shoe,

-shelf on bottom part of table,

-hardening vessels suspended on sides of the table,

-vessel for water made from stainless steel,

-vessel for oil made from mild steel,

-vessels equipped with lids and handrails,

-baskeds from perforated plate for small components of charge.

-60/150 litre vessel for water,

-60/150 litre vessel for oil,

-cooling fan for air hardening,

-baskets for charge.
