高通牌蔗糖脂肪酸酯是采用优质的白砂糖与天然动植物中提取的食用油脂通过酯化结合而成的，为无害、无毒、无臭的食品添加剂。成品为白色至浅黄色粉末，它具有乳化、分散、润湿等优异性能。作为一种非离子型表面活性剂，广泛地应用于食品加工行业中。

1、使用型号：se-11～se-15

2、建议使用量：0.2%～0.3%（相对总重量）

3、使用方法：用少量温水加入本产品并充分搅拌使其充分溶胀后加入混料槽，不需改变原有的生产工艺。

4、使用效果：

a)改良搅拌特性，提高乳化稳定性及分散性；

b)产品滑爽，口感良好;

c)促使脂肪球在混合料内均匀扩散，防止结块;调整合适的膨胀率，改进热稳定性、成型性。
