POM生产厂家： 1955年前后，美国杜邦公司由甲醛聚合得到甲醛均聚物，即均聚甲醛，商品名为Delrin。1960年美国塞拉尼斯公司由三聚甲醛出发，制得与少量二氧五环或环氧乙烷的共聚物，即共聚甲醛，商品名为Celcon。目前全球POM普遍使用POM-C共聚，品牌有：杜邦DuPont的Delrin，韩国工塑塑料KEP的Kepital，日本宝理Polyplastics的Duracon，日本三菱MEP的Inpital，韩国可隆的Kocetal，泰科纳Ticona的Celcon/Hostaform，旭化成Asahi的Tenac，巴斯夫BASF的Ultraform。中国POM制造发展缓慢，目前有一定规模的是台湾台塑的Formocon，云南云天化，开封龙宇化工，宁夏神华等

DuPont developed super tough POM/PUR-T alloy by mechanical blending and graft copolymerization, which not only maintained the strength and rigidity of POM, but also improved the impact resistance of POM. The notched impact strength of POM was 17 times higher than that of pure POM, reaching 906 J/m. Baishibing et al. of Sichuan University found that the notched impact strength of PUR-T/CaCO3 superfine composite powder toughened POM with CaCO3 as core and PUR-T as shell was greatly improved. Yu Jianwai's further research shows that when the particle spacing of PUR-T coated CaCO3 particles reaches the critical value Tc < 0.18 micron and the coating thickness reaches the critical value Lc < 0.7 micron, the brittle-ductile transition occurs in the blended POM materials, and the impact strength of the blended POM materials can be increased by tens of times than that of pure POM, and the tensile strength can reach about 30 MPa.
