●单螺杆泵的工作原理:是单线螺旋的转子在双线螺旋的定子孔内绕定子轴线作行星回转时，转子与定子副之间形成的密闭腔就连续的、匀速的、容积不变的将介质从吸入端输送到压出端。由于这种巧妙的工作原理，使得单螺杆泵具有一般性泵的通用性能外其Zui显著的特点是：

    1、可输送高粘度的介质。根据泵规格的大小不同，介质的Zui高粘度可为200000厘泊。

    3、输出的液体连续均匀、压力稳定、搅动小，对敏感性的液体不会发生任何成分的改变。

    5、压力能随输出管道阻力自动调节。在0-36(公斤/厘米2)压力之间，用户很容易调到所需的压力。这样既节能，又避免压力太高或太低而影响工艺流程。

    与其它类型泵相比较：和离心泵相比，单螺杆泵不需要装阀门，而流量是稳定的线性流动。和柱塞泵相比，单螺杆泵具有更好的自吸能力，吸上高度可达8.5米水柱。和隔膜泵相比，单螺杆泵可输送各种混合杂质，含有气体及固体颗粒或纤维的介质，也可输送各种腐蚀性物质。和齿轮泵相比，单螺杆泵可输送更高粘度的介质。与柱塞泵、隔膜泵及齿轮泵不同的是，单螺杆泵可用于药剂填充和计量。

     ●存在的问题

   原流水线生产厂家配置的是小型直流电机，由可控硅控制转速，利用可控硅的相位角导通来形成不同的电压斩波来控制直流电机的转速，控制器内部建立电压负反馈，无速度负反馈装置，仪表上显示的实际上是个电压模拟量，虽然有波动但不影响正常使用。但由于产品是粉尘性的，该粉尘颗粒具有吸湿性，和粘性。而小型直流电机通风是电机未端风扇导入空气至电机磁级冷却的，电机内部数个工作日内就可以积聚很多粉尘，由于该粉尘是具有吸湿性导致电机漏电，频繁损坏可控硅调速控制器，由于其具有的粘性，电刷部分几天就要清洁一次，否则一旦电刷粘在电刷架上，由于该泵无速度负反馈，而是电压负反馈，操作工明明看到转速表还是在原来位置，其实料泵已经停转了，而设备温度由于没有料液输送在往上串，即使把料泵控制速度开到Zui大，也无济于事。造成原料的浪费和产品的得率下降。影响企业的经济效益和职工的产量考评。
