application:
fiber separator is used not only for defibering, but also for removing all kinds of impurities of waste paper with the different specific
gravity of fibers. it combines defibering, separating and screening in one unit. as a secondary pulping and separating equipment, it is
normally a downsteam equipment of the hydrapulper. as a reject screen, fiber separator can also handle with coarse impurities.
design features:
three fundamental functions: secondary defibering, separating light impurities, removing heavy and coarse impurities.
with the defibrater in the pulping process, it’s possible to use the poor waste paper and reduce the pretreatment of the raw material.
it’s possible to increase the production of existing hydrapulper, reduce the specific energy consumption by about 10~20%.
it’s possible to obtain high quality stock,reduce fiber loss and increase screening efficiency.
用 途：
纤维分离机是一种利用纤维比重差而除掉废纸原料中的各种杂质，具有疏解、分离和粗筛选组合作用。一般装置在水力碎浆机后作为
二级碎浆、分离设备。也可作为尾渣的处理设备。
结构特点：
具有浆料的二级疏解，轻杂质分离，重、粗废料的清除三种基本功能。
可以使用低级的废纸，减少原料的预处理。
可以提高现有水力碎浆机的生产能力，可以节约10~20％的单位消耗能量。
可以获得优质的浆料，纤维损失小，提高筛选的效率。
