znx系列斜螺旋浓缩机znx series inclined screw thickener
application:
znx series inclined screw thickener is a gravity-filter. it lifts stock through a rotating screw roll inclined about 60°in the pipe-shaped filter drum.
it is used for thickening and washing in low consistency and medium consistency rang of waste paper pulping process and it is also suitable for
thickening and washing pulp such as sulfate wood pulp, mechanical pulp, and chemi-mechanical pulp, etc.
design features：
znx series inclined screw thickener consists of screw roll, brush, screen, frame, inlet and outlet device as well as the driving device, etc.
pulp enters the screen basket via level-regulating box from lower part of thickener. the white water is draining out through screen as result
of increased pressure and level difference between inside and outside of the screen when the screw is rotating. the thickened paper stock is
shredded by blades on upper end of the screw and discharged out of the trough. the white water is collected in the filter tank and flows out of
the white water opening.
the capacity and outlet consistency of the inclined thickening can be varied with the size of screen slots, the length and pitch of the
screw and rotation speed, etc. in general, while handling with waste paper pulp, the thickener shall keep the screen slots at ф1.5~ф2mm,
inlet consistencies are 2~4% and outlet consistencies are 10~12% .

the inclined screw thickener’s output or consistency can be changed by means of the level box’s pulp consistency and the pulp level difference.

用 途:
znx系列斜螺旋浓缩机是由倾斜约60°的等螺旋辊在
管状滤鼓内旋转向上提浆的重力过滤设备。一般用
于废纸制浆生产流程中低浓段、中浓段浆料浓缩与
洗涤，也适用硫酸盐木浆、机械浆、化学机械浆等
浆料的浓缩和洗涤。
结构特点:
znx系列斜螺旋浓缩机由螺旋辊、洗刷条、滤网、机
架、进出浆装置及传动装置等组成。浆料经过浆料调
节箱，从浓缩机下方输入管状滤网内，靠螺旋辊旋
转，其等距螺旋叶向上提浆所增加的压力及滤网内外
的液位差的重力，使白水过滤流出滤网外。浓缩后的
浆料经过螺旋叶上方的破碎叶片的破碎，均匀地从出
浆槽送出。白水汇集于滤水槽下方，从白水口流出。
斜螺旋浓缩机的能力、出浆浓度可随滤孔规格、
螺旋长度和螺距、转速等的不同而改变，一般使
用于废纸浆时，滤孔直径为：1.5~2mm,进浆浓度
2~4％，出浆浓度10~12％。
设备结构简单，操作维护方便；生产能力大，占地面
积小、安全可靠。
设备所配置进浆高位箱的浆料浓度及浆位差，可改变
斜螺旋浓缩机的出浆量或出浆浓度。
