一、概述
该机组专用于挤出成型，各种纵向断面相同、横向断面不对称的连续异型材制品，原料出模口，由水箱、水槽冷却定型，经辅机牵引及切口为制品。挤出制品具有材质结构紧密、力学强度高、表观光泽好，在建筑、装璜、家具、电器等领域中得到广泛的应用（如典型的门窗结构，屋顶板材、扶手、壁材、带条，包条等）改变机筒螺杆的结构型式，可对pvc、pe、pp等多种塑料进行加工。

this unit is specially used for extruding and moulding for consecutive and irregular plastic product which have same longitudinal section but asymmetric transverse section,materials came out from the moulding head,which have been cooled and formed through the water box and water tank then pulled and cut by auxiliary machines and become finished products.dense and compactin structure, structure,strong pull intensity and well gloss in appearance are its merits.this unit has been widely used in construction,interior decoration and fumiture,packaging,electronic industries and many others.(such as door and window structure,roof ply,handrail,wainscot,slat and strip).changing of screw roller is able to process different plastic materials such as pvc,pe,pp and tpr.clients can customize different mould for their requirement.
