一、概述
中空吹塑工艺是将挤出成型的半熔融状态下的管坯，置于各种型腔模具中，再通入压缩空气将其吹胀后，经冷却定型后，制作成吹塑产品，此成型工艺在各种塑料瓶、壶、桶等包装容器，日常用品和儿童玩具等领域中应用极其广泛。
我公司根据直接挤出--吹塑--冷却定型工艺路线，设计有多种规格单层中空吹塑机组供用户选择，主机配合不同长径比的螺杆机筒可对多种塑料{高低密聚乙稀（hdpe、ldpe），pvc透明或半透明瓶，聚丙稀（pp），聚笨乙稀（ps）以及各种聚脂瓶等}的中空吹塑成型加工，其工艺结构简单、成型周期短，生产连续、机组运行性能稳定，并可实现半人工半自动操作。

hollow blowing technique is to put half-melting pipe casts after extruding into various kinds of mould cavaties and when they are blown by compressed air and cooled and formed. they will be made into hollow blowing products, which are widely used in packing containers, such as plastic boottles, kettles and barrels,and in daily products and toys.there are many different specifications of single layer hollow blowing machineries available in our company.when assembled with diffeent l/d screw barrels , various kinds of plastic products can be made,such as hdpe,ldpe,pu,pve,pp,pbs.transparent of semi-transparent bottles,air cushions in shoes and also polyester bottles,craftworks and decoration stuffs.lt is of simple structure,short forming periods,continuous production and stable operation,which can effect semi-auto operation.
