一、概述
该机组专用于成型塑料板材或片材，其工艺是将已经塑化好的呈粘流态的挤出片材，通过一系列相向旋转着的水平辊筒间隙，使物料承受挤出和延展作用，而成为规定尺寸的片状制品，选择不同的主机可对多种物料进行挤塑（典型的如pvc、pp、pe、tpr等）进行加工，其制品在鞋材、塑胶、建筑、食品、包装、日用品、医药及其它工艺中应用甚广。
