主要功能：

1、 适用于外径ø35mm-ø62mm外球面轴承的双层双面盖的压装；

2、 双面放压密封盖、双面放压铁防尘盖；

3、 双面双层共4次分别检查压盖高度，根据设置的公差范围判断OK或NG；

4、 加工工序：圆盘供料（或连线）---第一面压入内层密封盖---压盖检查---第一面压入外层密封盖---压盖检查---翻转---第二面压入内密封盖---压盖检查---第二面压入外层密封盖---压盖检查---NG品排出---合格品出料；

5、 智能的操作系统、7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息一目了然，操作方便、容易。

结构特点：

1、 可单机使用，也可与注脂机连接后自动生产；

Auto outer spherical bearing capping machine

Major functions：

1、 Applicable for double-layer double-side cap press of insert bearing with an external bearing diameter of ø15mm-ø62mm.

2、 Double-sided pressed into sealed cover, double-sided pressed into the iron dust cover.

3、 4 times check the cover height respectively of double-layer double-side, determine OK or NG according to the setted tolerance.

4、 Manufacturing procedures:  press the inner sealed the cover on the first side -- cover inspection -- press the outer sealed cover on the first side -- cover inspection -- turn over -- press the inner sealed the cover on the second side -- cover inspection --- press the outer sealed cover on the second side -- cover inspection -- NG ejection -- products being finished.
