主要功能：

1、 适用于外径ø15mm-ø62mm轴承的注脂和防尘盖压装；

2、 塑料保持架自动认面和翻转功能，单、双面注脂模式可切换功能；

3、 外接式油脂供给车高压供油，精密定量阀控制单次注脂量；

4、 透光式注脂检查，也可按客户要求装备电子天平称量检查功能；

5、 塑料密封盖和铁质防尘盖可一机共用，气液增压气缸冲压防尘盖，有压盖检查功能；

6、 加工工序：灵活性检测---第一面注脂（或认面）---翻转---第二面注脂---注脂检查--- NG排出---第一面放盖（或放塑盖）---压第一面铁盖---压盖检查---翻转---第二面放盖（或可放塑盖）---压第二面铁盖---压盖检查---NG排出---均脂---合格品出料；

7、 智能的操作系统、7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息一目了然，操作方便、容易。

1、 可配套上料盘作为单机使用，也可连接自动生产线连线生产；

2、 注脂前轴承灵活性检查，避免卡死或旋转不良的轴承流入；

3、 智能步进式找正注脂位置，高压油脂定量阀定量调节，  出脂量一致；

4、 直线滑轨送盖平台，推送防尘盖、平顺、不卡盖，

导套与平台间隙可调，让塑料密封盖的切出也更稳定；

5、双导柱式冲压结构，压盖受力均衡，深度可调；

6、高精度线性电位器检测压盖高度，NG品自动剔除；

5、Manufacturing procedures: test flexibility--grease on the first side(or recognize side)--turn over--grease on the second side--greasing inspection--NG ejection-put cap on the first side(or put plastic cap)--press the first iron cap--gland inspection--turn over--put cap on the second side(or put plastic cap)--press the second iron cap--gland inspection--NG ejection--even distribution of grease -- products being finished.
