     本机是我公司采用台湾技术及生产加工工艺，结合目前市场上割圈绒类织物的特点研制而成。适用范围：毛毯、地毯、珊瑚绒、梳棉绒、葵花绒、长毛绒、松针绒、孔雀绒、稻草荣及各种服装面料等。本机是替代经编机的理想设备。

●山角变化多，组织结构调整范围广，既可以采用钩刀一体进行切割毛圈，也可以采用钩刀分离进行毛圈切割。

●毛高调整范围大。目前市场上的同类设备全长很难超过60mm，而本机通过对山角的特殊设计，使全毛长范围Zui长可达70mm。

●采用改变山角之跑道轨迹来改变刀针运行轨迹，从而改变了织物的组织结构，使织物的风格与效果达到甚至超过经编织物的要求。

●针盘采用多点位调节，运行精度高，从而降低了针盘的磨损度，出针平稳，大大降低了毛面及底布的瑕疵及漏针。

●the range of pile-height is wide, the maximum height of other machines in the market is 60mm,but this machine can be 70mm,due to its special design for the cams.

●the motion of the needles depends on the cams, the style of the fabric can be better than the warp knitted fabric.

the needle drum can be adjusted in many positions, running precision is high, so the abrasion of the drum is much less; the action of the needle is smooth, the fault of the fabric can be reduced a lot.
