      本机是我公司采用台湾技术及生产加工工艺，结合目前市场上割圈绒类织物的特点研制而成。适用范围：长毛绒、pv绒、玉树绒、马拉松绒等面料，毛长Zui大可达110mm。

highpile, pinefabric and all kinds of garments material. it is also the ideal machine for the replacement 

of warp knitting machine.

*主要特点：

   ●采用油浸式跑道，使整机再运行过程中噪音大大降低，运转更平稳。

  ●采用大鼎齿轮与筒座上下同步传动，同时针织部分采用针刀分离彻底改变了传统的压轮割圈的生产工艺，有效消除毛面横条现象，从而提高不眠的品质。

  ●采用全封闭山角跑道，上下山角为整体雕刻，可完全互换，能方便迅捷地改变织物品种。

  ●采用改变山角之跑道轨迹来改变刀针运行轨迹，从而改变织物的组织结构，使织物的风格与效果达到甚至超过经编织物的要求。

  ●采用卷布机卷布而非传统的刺轮抓布，从而杜绝直条现象。

 ●the needle drum track is dipped in the oil；it can get low noise and stable rotation during working. 

  ●the tracks are closed; the upper and lower are carved at the same time, and changeable; it is very 

   convenient  for the production of different fabrics.

  ●the motion of the needles depends on the tracks, the style of the fabric can be better than the warp knitted fabric.

  ●using the cloth winding system to replace the traditional claw system, the line-problem can be avoided.
