Nose : Concentrated with aromas of blackberry,

 blackcurrant and black cherries developing

 into fresh and acidulous notes of blueberry

 and plum

Mouth : Fresh, fruity and silky with refined tanins, 

the final is intense finishing on notes of 

nutmeg and clove

To serve with : Red meat, game and ripe cheese
