广州贝朗斯长期提供原厂火炬牌叉车蓄电池,可提供单体焊接,维修,设计容量等服务,也可应客户要求匹配自动补水系统,便于后期加水,  一般叉车电瓶的工作空间紧凑、数量众多,且不能大量使用传输线缆。工作人员对电池的工作状态逐一检测既耗时又费力,工作量繁重且精度较差。通常  电池采用开口式结构,在工作过程中产生的即使些许酸雾和氢气都会对工作人员的身体和用电设备运行安全造成较大威胁。因此设计的蓄电池在线管理系统,其方案   在生产运用中安全可靠、自动化程度高、容易操作和方便维修更换等方面的要求很高。叉车蓄电池在线监测管理系统,针对测量电池的运行条件和检测电池本身的状  况而设计,不仅要求能够获取系统多方面的数据,而且要求能够在系统运作过程中获得若干精准的实时数据。 叉车蓄电池组  由若干节电池组成,而单节电池内部又由多个单体电池组成。一般一个单体电池电压为2V,6个单体电池串联构成一组48V/80V/24V/72V电瓶。由   于生产工艺和成产过程的不一致,导致电池内部单体电池彼此之间的容量有偏差,不可避免的在整组电池中发生部分电池过充、过放或亏充的现象,这将使得电池性   能恶化,电池间不平衡程度进一步拉大,进入恶性循环。因此,能够及时发现电池组中落后电池是哪一节或哪几节落后,落后程度等信息,对维护电池性能具有非常   重要的意义。判断工作电池之间的不平衡,对单体电池端电压进行跟踪检测与比较,其内部单体电池故障状况就可以实时反映出来。通常电池组故障处理的小单位   是单节电池,而更换电池组中落后的单体电池成本低,更便捷。叉车蓄电池在线管理系统构建对蓄电池运行参数实行全面监管,诸如单体电池电压、电池组电压、充  放电电流、蓄电池的环境温度等参数,从而保证蓄电池在正常条件下稳定工作。

叉车蓄电池的铭牌很多时候让用户无法确认更换选择哪款容  量,很多时间标记C5、或C6的放电容量,在日本、韩国地区很多以C6作为蓄电池放电时间,也就说持续工作的时间,蓄电池的额定容量C,单位安时  (Ah),它是放电电流安(A)和放电时间小时(h)的乘积。由于对同一个电池采用不同的放电参数所得出的Ah是不同的,为了便于对电池容量进行描述、测   量和比较,必须事先设定统一的条件。实践中,电池容量被定义为:用设定的电流把电池放电至设定的电压所给出的电量。也可以说电池容量是:用设定的电流把电  池放电至设定的电压所经历的时间和这个电流的乘积。目前在铅酸蓄电池容量有以下几种标示方法,如 C20、C10、C5、C2,分别表示以  20h、10h、5h、2h 电速率放电是和到的实际容量。如果是 20h 放电速率下的容量,标示应当是 C20,C20=10Ah 的电池,这是指以  C20/20 的电流放电 20h 得到的容量值。换算到 C5,即以 C20 规定电流的 4 倍放电,容量就只有 7Ah 左  右了,电动自行车行驶一般在 1~2h 内大电流放电,铅酸电池在 1~2h(C1~C2) 内放完电,接近于规定电流的 10  倍,那么它实际能供给的电能只有 C20 放电容 量的 50% ~ 54%。电池容量的标示为 C2,即以 2h 放电的速率标示的容量,如果 不是  C2,则应当进行计算,得出正确的放电时间和容量。以 5h 放电速率(C5) 标示的容量为 %的话,若改为在 3h 内放完,实际容量只有  88%;2h 内放完, 只有 78%;1h 内放完,就只剩以 5h 放电时容量的 65%了。标示的容量假定是 10Ah。那么现在以 3h  放电只能得到 8.8Ah 的实际电量;若是以 1h 放电,则只 能得到 6.5Ah 的电量,随意缩小放电速率,放电电流>0.5C2  不仅容量要比标示 的减少,对电池的寿命也有一定的影响。同理,对标示(额定)容量为 C3 的电 池,放电电流为  C3/3,即≈0.333C3,如果是 C5,放电电流应为  0.2C5,类推。一般情况蓄电池的容量指的是25℃以10小时率放电所测得的容量,但我们在实际的配置中电池的容量都较大,放电时能达到20小时率、30小时率,有   的甚至能达到40小时率或者更高。这样配置优点很明显,停电时可以保证长时间的直流供电,但是过犹不及,如果每次停电后都让电池长时间小电流放电,就会对   电池的容量和使用寿命产生较大影响。这是因为小电流放电时,正极板的PbO2和负极板Pb在反应时变成PbSO4的速度也较慢,形成的PbSO4颗粒又小   又密,时间长了会在正负极板表面形成一层致密的PbSO4模,这层PbSO4模阻止了电解液中H2SO4和正负极板内部活性物质的接触,使电池的放电反应   无法进行,造成电池容量下降,同样的原因也造成充电反应无法正常进行,充电后无法恢复电池正常的容量。而较大放电率的放电,正负极板形成PbSO4的过程   较快,PbSO4颗粒在正负极板的排列较疏松,不至于阻挡H2SO4进入极板内部参与放电反应,所以能达到正常的放电容量,同样原因在充电过程中容量也容  易恢复。目前在国内,叉车蓄电池多数以5HR作为放电标准,例如C5,48V400AH;标配为400AH容量即可。
