PLR-DS PLR-DB 转换器DIGITAL CONVERTER,电子皮带秤是在皮带输送机输送物料过程中同时进行物料连续自动称重的一种计量设
备,其特点是称量过程是连续和自动进行的,通常不需要操作人员的干预就可以完成称重操
作。
电子皮带秤主要由传感器、秤架、二次仪表三大部分组成。6301D型积算器即属于其中
的二次仪表部分。
6301D型积算器是皮带秤仪表的一种,其特点是在皮带秤的安装现场,安装一个摸数转
换模块,把现场称重传感器的模拟信号转换成数字量,通过RS485通信传给仪表,其优点是
可以克服模拟信号易受干扰的缺点。
6301D 型积算器有嵌入式和壁挂式两种外型。通过处理来自现场 AD 模块的称重传感器
的重量信号和速度传感器的速度信号,它计算出物料的瞬时流量和累计量,并显示在仪表上。

The PLR-DS and PLR-DB converters, as well as the electronic belt scales, are measuring devices that enable continuous and automatic weighing of materials during their transportation by belt conveyors. Their main feature is that the weighing process is carried out continuously and automatically, usually without the need for human intervention. Electronic belt scales are primarily composed of three main components: sensors, the scale frame, and secondary instruments. The 6301D accumulator belongs to the category of secondary instruments. The 6301D accumulator is a type of instrument used in belt scales. Its distinctive feature is that it includes a digital conversion module that is installed at the site of the belt scale. This module converts the analog signals from the weighing sensors into digital signals, which are then transmitted to the instrument via RS485 communication. This design eliminates the problem of analog signals being easily affected by interference. The 6301D accumulator is available in both embedded and wall-mounted versions. By processing the weight signals from the weighing sensors and the speed signals from the speed sensors, it calculates the instantaneous flow rate and the cumulative amount of materials being transported, and displays these values on the instrument. Features: (a) Display of menus in both Chinese and English. (b) Weighing functions: · The AD module can be connected to up to 4 loads with a resistance of 350Ω simultaneously. It also receives signals from the speed sensors, allowing for the calculation of the flow rate and the cumulative amount of materials. · The accumulator is capable of performing automatic zero-point calibration.
