饮料杀菌机 低温巴氏杀菌流水线 加工定制

在食品、饮料、制药等行业中，要求对一些包装完毕的产品进行水浴灭菌。被包装好的产品放在可调速的不锈钢网带上，在传送带的作用下按序进入灭菌箱体内，经由“高温水为介质”杀菌后，再由传送带带入冷却箱体内均匀冷却，从而达到产品杀菌要求。该系列设备连续运转，已灭菌的包装产品被源源不断送入下一生产工序。本流水线工作流程为：杀菌-冷却-风干,可配备杀菌曲线记录仪监控生产过程,达到自动高效,安全卫生的生产目的。输送机、杀菌机、冷却机和风(烘）干机整个流程连续运行，自动控制。
