　　1、主要配套件均为世界知名品牌，如法国施耐德、德国西门子电气元件、德国SEW减速机、德国FAG轴承、英国NORGEN气动元件、美国RAYTEK红外线测温仪等，有效地保证了产品质量。

　　2、设备采用模块式结构，布局合理，可根据施工要求，灵活组合形成多种配置；安装时取消设备地脚螺栓，简化基础，方便快捷。

　　3、冷料仓采用角度的锥形结构，出料稳定连续，料仓顶部预装格栅；给料皮带采用挡边结构，变频调速；集料皮带机出口安装有筛分机构，有效避免了超大骨料进入干燥滚筒。

　　4、干燥滚筒由四组独立磨擦轮驱动，外表美观，结构尺寸和燃烧器匹配，正常工作时，尾气温度不超过110℃，在标准工况下，燃油消耗率少于6.3 kg/t料。

　　5、燃烧器采用世界知名品牌，专利设计，高效燃烧。风、油比例采用数字变频控制，调节范围大，精度高；鼓风机、电机、喷嘴及燃烧室等轴向布置，结构紧凑；燃烧所需空气从后部吸入，经中部增压后，在燃烧室形成紊流，和高压空气雾化的燃油汇合，达到的混合比，高效节能；可使用柴油、重油、渣油等燃料。

　　6、热料筛为全封闭直线惯性振动筛，筛分效率高；筛网分五层布置，自动张紧，更换方便，使用寿命长；免维护设计的振动轴承，油浴润滑。

　　7、热料仓料位连续检测，卸料门采用独特结构，可实现粗、精“两阶段”配料，飞料误差极少。

　　8、三组独立的计量系统，飞料误差自动补偿；全焊接密封的进口传感器，适合任何工况。并预留SMA添加剂接口。

　　9、双电机驱动双卧轴搅拌器，充盈率为53%，粉料及沥青沿轴向全程强制送入，分布均匀、搅拌时间更短；搅拌叶片、衬板形状及材料特殊设计，高效耐磨，使用寿命可达10万批次以上；出料口设有红外线测温仪检测成品料温度，误差不超过5℃。

　　10 、成品料下部轨道采用铰接式结构，可根据需要自动提升，方便汽车直接在搅拌器下部接料；运料小车采用变频调速，编码器检测运行位置，定位，位置误差小于10mm；运料小车设置有钢丝绳防松弛等保护装置。

　　11 、大功率高效全自动控制导热油加热炉，燃烧器原装进口。

　　12 、袋式除尘器采用低压空气脉冲反吹，清灰效果好，排尘浓度≤30mg/Nm3；滤袋设有高、低温保护装置，滤袋使用寿命长。

　　13 、干燥滚筒、热料仓、搅拌器、成品料仓、沥青罐、除尘器等高温区都设有保温层，大大降低了系统的散热损失。

　　14 、控制系统采用了PLC现场总线控制技术，人性化设计、双机双控、Windows 中文操作平台，可点击鼠标完成各种操作；系统动态显示和控制各生产环节，具有参数设定、数据管理、故障诊断等功能；可实现自动控制、半自动控制和手动控制。

4, the drying drum driven by four independent sets of friction wheel, beautiful appearance, structure size and the burner best match, when in normal work, the exhaust gas temperature less than 110 ℃, under the standard condition, the rate of fuel consumption of less than 6.3 kg/t material.

5, the burner by the world famous brand, patent design, high efficient combustion. By using digital frequency conversion control, the wind oil ratio, large adjusting range, high precision; fan, motor, nozzle and combustion chamber axial layout, compact structure; combustion air from the rear suction, the central pressure, formation of turbulence in the combustion chamber, fuel confluent and high-pressure air atomization, achieve the best mixture ratio high efficiency and energy saving; can use diesel oil, heavy oil, residual oil, fuel and so on.

6, the thermal material sieve is fully enclosed linear vibrating screen, high screening efficiency; the screen is divided into five layers, layout, automatic tensioning, convenient replacement, long service life; maintenance free vibration bearing design, oil bath lubrication.

7, hot bin level detection, discharging door adopts a unique structure, can realize the coarse, fine "two stages" ingredients, flying material error rarely.

8, three groups of independent metering system, flying automatic compensation error; welded import sensor seal, suitable for any condition. And reserve of additive SMA interface.

9, dual motor drive twin shaft mixer, filling rate is 53%, powder and asphalt along the axial force into full, uniform distribution, mixing time is shorter; mixing blade, liner shape and material of special design, high wear-resistant, using the above life up to 100000 batches; discharging port is provided with an infrared thermometer to detect the finished material temperature, the error does not exceed 5 ℃.

10, the finished material lower orbit with articulated structure, according to the need of automatic promotion,convenient auto feed directly on the stirrer below; material transport trolley adopts frequency control, encoderposition detection operation, accurate positioning, position error is less than 10mm; material transport trolley provided with anti relaxation of steel wire rope protection device.
