本品为氨基官能团硅烷，外观为无色或淡黄色透明也液体，，密度ρ（25℃）0.946，折光率n251.4205，闪点96℃，沸点217℃,。溶于苯，乙酸乙酯，可溶于有机溶剂，但丙酮、四氯化碳不适宜作释剂；可溶于水。在水中水解，呈碱性。本品有碱性，通用性强，适用于环氧、pbt、酚醛树脂、聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯等多种热塑性和热固性树脂。
