 ●高粘度泵优点：

　　转子泵的轴向位置可调，不需要拆泵。

　　泵采用模块化设计，可根据不同的使用要求更换不同部件。可选夹层结构，以方便对泵加热或冷却，可以选择是否带安全阀，可以选择不同的密封形式，详见密封结构图。泵的各个零件可以选用不同的材质以适应具体使用要求。

　　不同的使用条件，泵的结构形式可能不同，具体应用请向厂家或本公司客户代表咨询。需要指出的是泵的转速愈高，泵的磨损愈严重，液体中如含有磨料物质，泵的材料应选用耐磨材质，在此种工况下，泵的压力和转速都应降低，高温条件下，则应增加泵的间隙，并采用耐热材料 。

　　流动稳定：流量与齿轮转速成正比，与压力无关

　　流动平稳：没有脉动和压力波峰，不会产生管道颤动。

　　多功能性：仅仅通过调整转子轴的位置，同一台泵既可以出来稀释溶液又可以出来沥青，糖浆，树脂，聚合物等高粘度液体。

　　可逆性：可以通过改变齿轮的旋转方向使液体反向流动，两种方向都能充分发挥泵的性能

　　自吸性：由泵产生高真空，允许在Zui大自吸高度实现快速自吸，取决于泵送液体的物理特性（温度，蒸汽压力，粘度等）。

　　建议性：只有两个活动部件：主动轮和动轮，只有一个轴封。

　　坚固的重载结构：低转速。特大球轴承的外部轴承座可以承受轴向和径向负载。

　　磨损率低：由于主动轮和从动齿轮不成倍数关系。这就意味着磨损可以被均匀的分散在每个齿轮上。因为一个齿轮上的每一个齿轮接触另一个齿轮上的每一个齿轮的次数一样。

磨损调节系统：转子边缘的磨损可以通过调整转子轴的位置来补偿。这样，即使在有相当大的磨损的情况下，也可以保证泵的稳定性。

　　维护简单，维护率低：不用移动泵，管道或泵驱动装置就可以进行检查和调节。

　　互动性：标准组件的设计可实现不同材料和特性零部件之间的替换。例如：有多种轴封系统可供选择，还可以安装带夹套的外壳和轴盖来代替标准部件。

　　端口位置可改变：泵壳可在轴承箱上旋转以从不同位置处吸排液体。

　　预热：加热夹套或是与外壳铸成一体，或是安装在端盖上，或是安装在填料压盖上。

　　旁路安全阀：旁路安全阀安装在泵上并且容易调节，在有些型号的泵上采取双重安全阀并带加热夹套。

●高粘度泵使用时注意事项Matters needing attention when using high viscosity pump

　　进、出口管路的管径必须和泵保持一致；The diameters of inlet and outlet piping must be consistent with pump;

　　设计管路时应尽量减少弯头，且弯头角度不宜过小，进口管线不宜过长，以免影响自吸。

　　启动前每个注油杯都应家润滑油，且保证每天加油一次。

　　泵在工作前应该点动启动电机，观察转向是否和规定转向一致。

　　开机后观察运转是否正常，如有不正常噪音、特殊振动或温升过高等情况，应停机检查。

　　注意皮带松紧是否恰当，每半年调整一次。　

●NYP高粘度泵的进出口

　　泵进出口的型式

　　常规泵进出口尺寸相同，进出口呈垂直布置，从驱动机向泵头方向看为右进上出。也可根据客户需要，加工成水平进出口型或左进上出型。连接方式有法兰型和螺纹型.

　　泵进出口负荷

　　泵在安装时，应限制泵的进出口所承受的管路负荷。螺纹联接的管接头不得承受负荷，否则会使泵的联接管产生松动或旋紧力矩（管螺纹联接处不允许有旋紧或松动的扭矩，以免）影响管路的联接效果。

　　●高粘度齿轮泵并不能产生压力，它只是输出流量。压力低或无压力，说明高粘度齿 轮泵没有吸入液体或泄漏严重。High viscosity gear pump does not generate pressure, it is only the output flow.Pressure is low or no pressure, high viscosity gear wheel pump don't inhale the liquid or leakage is serious.
