暖贴暖宝宝包装机用途：该机适用于医药，食品，日化等行业中的松散状，无粘结性颗粒状物料并有计量要求的中小袋自动包装，如冲剂，麦片，咖啡，结晶状物料（味精，白糖，食盐等），细小丸物料（中成药，干燥剂等，更适合包装各式暖包暖袋的发热材料（铁粉，食盐，炭粉，高分子化合物等的混合物），产品如：暖包，暖袋，暖贴，暖宝宝，取暖贴，发热贴，热贴，发热包，暖足贴，暖手袋等。

usage:

machine is suitable for packing loose, non sticky granule material in the medicine, food, daily chemical and other industry, and automatic packing into sachets with measuring re such as chinese medicine in fusion, oatmeal, coffee etc, crystalline materials as monosodium glutamate, white sugar, salt etc, small shot materials as chinese patent drug, dryer and so on.. machine is especially suitable to pack material of bring heat( mixture as iron powder, salt, powdered carbon etc) of all kinds of abnormal shape warm plaster, such as warm bag, warm pouch, warm baby plaster and so on.

1.       性能先进，强度高，噪声低，结构紧凑，运行平衡，维修方便，使用寿命长。

2.       自动化程度高，本机从制袋，充填装料，滚切袋成形直至成品袋输出能一次性完成。

3.       采用高精度整体一次性滚压式热封辊，作为封合模具。多列四边圆角封口或异莆周边封口袋形式。包装速度快封口牢固，且袋 形平整，精致美观，包装效率高。

4.       调整简单方便。成形封，横封，充填料，滚切等 执行机构均可能过人机界面进行同步调整。

5.       充填计量。针对铁粉，保水剂等细颗粒混合物料，专门设计推拉工下料机构，并配以圆筒形量杯计量，更换方便。

6.       各执行机构采用伺服电机与机械传动相结合，包装袋成成形滚切过程中通过plc控制，能使各执行机构能自动同步定位。

7.       双膜卷自动送膜并调有走膜恒力张紧机构。为保证包装袋形平整美观，根据不同膜卷伸缩率不同的特点，特增设了走膜定值插补功能。本机还具有自动计数功能。

8.       整机采用plc控制，性能可能，操作方便，自动控制程度高。

9.       对包材适应性强，本机温度具有自动控制功能，具控制精度高（±1℃左右）。可适应国内外生产的多种包装薄膜，如pet/al/pe, pet/pe, ny/alpe, ny/pe等。

10.   可适当增设附加功能，如袋切断可选配各式异形刀，虚线刀，平刀等。根据物料灌装性能需要可可配增下料嘴升降机构，下料振动机构及选配各种报警要求等。
