星型卸料器的特点与用途

   星型卸料器俗称关风机，又称旋转给料器，锁器阀，放料阀，卸灰阀。星型卸料器是由带有数片叶片的转子叶轮，壳体，密封件，减速机，电动机等组成。当上部物料靠自重落下填充在叶片之间的空隙中，即随叶片的旋转而卸出。因此星型卸料器可以定量而且连续的卸料。
   星型卸料器常用在气力输出系统中，用于压力输出系统或负压输出系统，星型卸料器以均匀，连续地向输料管供料，以保证气力输出管内的气，固体比较稳定，从而使气力输送能正常工作。同时，又能将卸料器的上，下部气压隔断起到锁气作用。因此，星型卸料器是气力输送系统中常用的重要部件。
   星型卸料器可以用在收集物料系统中，作为料仓的卸料器。星型卸料器是目前国内Zui先进的卸料装置，常用在除尘系统中作为除尘系统的重要设备之一，它特别适用于粉尘，小颗粒物料深受环保、冶金、化工、粮食、水泥、筑路、干燥设备等工业行业的工程项目择优选用。
星型卸料器的主要结构
    一、星型卸料器的上、下法兰口基本是方形或圆形，可以由用户选择。
    二、耐磨损封闭型转子叶轮星型卸料器特点是移子叶片的端部带用特殊耐磨材料制成。能保证叶片端部与壳内壁有良好接触，并且磨损后可方便地调节叶片端部，使其仍然与壳体内部操持良好接触，具有更好的锁气性能。
    三、耐高温型它所输送物料的温度可达280摄氏度两羰轴承与叶轮有一定隔离,能防止超细粉料与轴承接触。

 as per different bearing positions, the rotary valves are divided into two structures such as internal and external types. the bearing internal type is suitable for the material with low temperature mediate and big diameter granularity. the bearing external type, there is a certain distance between bearing and shell, is suitable for the material with high temperature mediate and easily blowby. 

the impeller type of rotary valve has non-inserted blade and inserted blade structures. the clearance between impeller and shell of non-inserted blade rotary valve can't be adjusted. the main feature of inserted blade rotary valve is that the clearance between impeller and shell can be adjusted and e with corresponding the inserted pieces according to different material properties.
