一、金属线材扭转试验机使用范围

该系列金属线材扭转试验机，是我厂研制的一种数显计数的新型线材扭转试验机，主要用于φ1-φ10mm金属线材的扭转试验。用于测定金属线材在单向或双向扭转中承受塑性变形的能力及显示线材的表面和内部缺陷。为生产线材和使用线材的单位提供了可靠的测量手段。

金属线材扭转试验机适用于标准gb/t 239-1999《金属线材扭转试验方法》，也适用于iso 7800:1984《金属线材单向扭转试验方法》和iso 9649:1990《金属线材双向扭转试验方法》。

三、金属线材扭转试验机结构及特点：

1、该系列金属线材扭转试验机计数由原来的机械结构改成电子计数，试验中的轴向加力，旋转加力，试验试件断开时的圈数锁存，终止试验均由控制仪表自动控制，操作简单方便。

2、机器的左端为轴向可移动夹头，夹头的移动采用了滑动轴承，摩擦阻力小，可靠的保证了轴向移动的平值度。

3、轴向加力采用了10：1杠杆砝码加力。机器的右端是溜板箱，溜板箱由伺服电机拖动，使之可左、右移动，溜板箱内由伺服电机.减速箱.光码盘和旋转夹头组成。

4、机器的Zui两端装有限位开关，保证设备的安全。
