用 途:
zns系列双压区双网挤浆机适用于制浆造纸工艺中各类纸浆的洗涤与浓缩，可获得颇高的浓缩比和25~45%的出浆浓度。特别广泛应用于
废纸的热分散系统、机械浆的高浓漂白、粗渣再磨等系统，商品浆板机的成形部。对低游离度的机械浆、草类浆的洗涤与浓缩也很适用。

应用双网楔形脱水原理，脱水滤板与双压辊装置的组合脱水；压区长，压
力差逐渐加大，浓缩比高，出浆浓度稳定。
自动调整网速，以调整脱水量与出浆浓度，确保工艺对出浆浓度的稳定要
求。
夹网楔形成型脱水滤板与双压辊装置二个脱水区组合，结构新颖、浓缩能
耗低(不需真空)。
