流平剂 H-850

化学成份：聚醚改性硅油

通用于水性，溶剂型和uv涂料。具有非常好的相容性和较高的滑爽性，特别适用于清漆，降低表面张力较强，对润湿困难的基材可以做到有效的润湿。促进涂膜的流动和流平。消除橘皮和火山孔，有效防止缩孔，改善哑光涂料中哑光粉的定向排列，减少涂抹光泽不均匀的现象。提高粘连性和耐刮擦性，但对重涂没有影响。改善涂膜的触感。

用于多种涂料体系，如溶剂型和水性木器涂料，工业涂料，汽车漆，印刷油墨等，使用前用溶剂或水稀释。

在生产的任意阶段加入，是在调漆阶段加入。

紫外光固化:推荐添加量总配方量的0.05-1.0%

可以原装物加入或预先稀释再加入

用推荐的溶剂预稀释可简化加入和混合过程

h-850 leveling agent  has been successful in these industrial applications1:

to improve leveling:

solvent-based overprint varnish:0.03-0.2%

water-based or solvent-based for  industrial coating at 0.05-0.3%

paint for car at 0.03-0.2%

uv system  at 0.05 -1%

 h-850 leveling agent can be added during the grind or let-down, or can be post-added. characteristics may vary when used with different systems and formulations. thorough preproduction testing is necessary to ensure expected performance.
