流平剂 H-633

性能特点 ：优良的有机硅表面助剂。通过降低涂料表面张力以提高底材的润湿性。增加表面滑爽及耐划伤性和防粘连性，改善流平、提高光泽度、防止贝纳德旋涡。适用于溶剂型、无溶剂型及水性体系的涂料中添加。

外观：无色至浅琥珀色透明油状液体

­    使用方法

水性体系（水性颜料、涂料、乳胶漆、水性油墨、中性墨水）：推荐用量总配方的0.3～1％

   油性体系：推荐用量总配方的0.05～0.5％

无溶剂体系：推荐用量总配方的0.3～1％

在生产过程中的任何阶段加入，为了使用方便，可先用合适的溶剂稀释。

包 装： 本品包装规格为25l,200l或ibc塑桶、铁桶或按用户要求定制。

贮 运 ：按非危险化学品运输。阴凉干燥密封贮存。保质期12个月。

h-633 additive has been successful in these industrial applications1:

to improve leveling:

water-based (ink, industrial coating , paint) at 0.05-1% (based on solids)

solvent-based (plastic coating paint) at 0.05-0.5%

solvent-free paint at 0.3 -1%

f-333 additive can be added during the grind or let-down, or can be post-added.
