本设备采用自动悬挂链输送的多工位超声波清洗、超声漂洗、喷淋、饨化、烘干清洗线，主要用于电镀前清洗，适用于汽车刹车片钢片、硅钢片、汽车、摩托零部件、大型零件等，全清洗线采用优质不锈钢制作，依据各工序设有自动补液装置，对液面、温度等工艺参数进行自动控制，对生产特殊情况设有紧急停车自动报警装置。同是根据工艺不同对设备的清洗工序等进行自行调整。

the equipment adopts automatic suspension chain conceying multi-working position ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, spraying, inactivation, and drying cleaning line. it is mainly used to clean auto brakes, steel sheet, automobiles, motorcycle parts and etc. the whole cleaning line adopts high-quality stainless steel, and automatic liquid-filling device is equipped according to various working procedures. it can automatically control the technical parameters including liquid level and temperature, and emergency braking automatic alarming device is equipped to manage special conditions during production. at the same time, the cleaning procedures can be adjustable according different technologies.
