zk-05聚合物快速修补砂浆是专为混凝土预制件表面修补而研制的低温早强型聚合物快速修补砂浆。该砂浆即秉承了无机水泥基快速修补砂浆高强、快硬及低成本的优势又具备了聚合物砂浆的韧性、粘接性和抗裂性的特性是低温条件下混凝土表面缺陷快速修补的理想产品。

zk-06 polymer rapid repair mortar is designed for precast concrete structures and repair the surface of early strength development of low-temperature polymer rapid repair mortar. the mortar that is a legacy from our rapid repair of inorganic cement-based mortar strength, rapid hardening and low-cost advantages but also provides the polymer mortar toughness, adhesion and crack resistance is characterized by the low-temperature concrete surface defects under the conditions ideal for quick fixes .

一 特点features

在（0～-5℃）条件下具有较高的低温早期强度，2h后达到10mpa。

三 应用范围applications

四 使用方法usage

1．对混凝土预制件表面的缺陷进行清理，剔除剥落、疏松、蜂窝和腐蚀等劣化混凝土并用清水冲洗干净

precast concrete surface defects, clean, remove peel, loose, cellular, and corrosion deterioration of concrete and rinse with water

2.对路面、桥面和停车场等可按施工设计要求将缺陷面切割和剔凿成成规定的几何尺寸与深度后再进行表面清理

3.将砂浆中干粉与乳液按6～7：1比例（重量比）混合并用机械搅拌3-5分钟

4.用抹刀将砂浆用力压抹至修补面上。一般修补层厚度不超过30mm,每次压抹不超过10mm为宜，待表干后再进行上面一层的施工

五 注意事项notes

1．可在0～-5℃条件下施工和养护。

2. 聚合物砂浆随拌随用。

3. 5℃以上阴凉干燥处保存，保质期3个月。
