1特点features
铁路混凝土轨枕、桥枕的道钉，大多采用硫磺锚固剂锚固。硫磺锚固道钉要熬制硫磺，对环境造成污染，施工也较麻烦；混凝土局部受热可能产生裂缝，降低道钉使用寿命。td型道钉锚固剂是以无机混合料为原料的新型高强锚固材料，它具有快硬、高强、微膨胀、冷操作施工等特点。特别是省去加热工序，对环境无污染，避免了现场施工的火灾隐患。轨枕道钉锚固后，经200万次疲劳试验效果良好。

3主要技术指标technical indicators

4使用方法use

1.清除孔内杂物、粉尘及污染物。

clearance hole debris, dust and contaminants
2.在锚固孔底用木塞、粘土等堵严，防止漏浆。道钉的锚固深度不得小于150mm。

3.清除道钉表面的铁锈、油污。

4.将锚固剂倒入搅拌锅内，称取锚固剂重量13～14%的水，与锚固剂一起拌合2～3分钟。

5.将拌合均匀的锚固剂，灌注入道钉予留孔中，用捣固捧捣实。

6.将道钉从灌注孔上部旋转压入灌满锚固剂的孔正中，套入道钉定位板，用另一根道钉轻轻敲击道钉头部，使锚固剂振动密实。

5　注意事项notes
1.td型道钉锚固剂可在低温或负温条件下使用，但由于气温较低，硬化时间加长。

td-type low-temperature spike anchoring agent can be used under or negative temperature conditions, but because of the lower temperatures, curing time longer.
2.当在绝缘要求较高的线路上使用时，需经有关部门认可。建议使用绝缘套管或在道钉上涂抹绝缘胶。

when the insulated lines re high use should be subject to approval by relevant departments. recommend the use of insulating sleeve or insulating plastic spike on the smear.
3.td型道钉锚固剂应防止受潮，受潮的锚固剂不得使用。其有效期为一年。
