the furnaces are suitable for calcinations of laboratory samples e.g. production of titanium white

description of furnace construction:

*frameless structure with jacket made of bent sheet

*two-section door made of tub-shaped bent sheet filled with mineral fibre plate, opening to sides

*chamber consisting of light-weighted bricks, into grooves of which heating spirals are located; another insulation layers consists of mineral fibre mat and silicate plate

*quartz retort fastened in a rotating and sliding mechanism which provides for automatic insert of the retort batch into the furnace

*retort rotation controlled by plc

*batch thermocouple opening into the retort

*furnace fitted with own table

*switchboard on right side of the furnace

*cable with single-phase plug

*plc and industry controller enabling to save 30 control programs in memory, each program may include up to 15 steps; the operator may start the selected program on specified date and hour by means of real-time clock
