application

chamber furnaces with forced circulation of internal atmosphere are used for all types of heat treatment (tempering, artificial ageing, preheating, hot connecting, batch testing, drying, etc.) under normal atmosphere, where a very precise temperature distribution and dynamic progress of temperature curve are required.

description of horizontal chamber furnace:

-frame and external jacket from mild steel,

-loading sill of furnace 500 mm,

-door opening upwards and sealed by refractory isolating rope,

-horizontal loading of furnace,

-door control located on side of furnace,

-door and walls of furnace isolated by mineral fibre insulation,

-furnace bottom isolated by light-weighted microporous bricks,

-ventilator with horizontal axis of shaft placed in backside of furnace,

-heating bodies placed on furnane sides,

-controller industry allows saving of 30 control programs in the internal controller memory, each program can consist of up to 15 steps, operator may start the select program on a preset date and time thanks to the installed real time clock,

-switchboard on left side of furnace,

-door equipped with safety terminal switch,

-termocouple type k,

-semiconductor non-contact switch relay,

-limit unit.

-door opening upwards using hydraulic cylinders,

-pid programable controller industry and limit unit ht40b.
