hd1100-1型试验泵装置使用和操作说明

本说明的编写有助于理解泵装置的工作机理。

不同操作仪表和操纵手柄都用一个数字符号来对应表示，这些数字在本说明中都一一提及，也可参阅装置总示图中的数字标识。另外，在装置的操纵板上也能找到这些数字。

在使用该装置前请仔细阅读本使用说明，而且严格按照说明做，同时也请参阅说明书中“喷油器的维护”部分。

泵装置连接前

经顶部操纵板右侧的油箱盖（11）在油箱中加满液压油（500c时粘度7-10cst）。

油箱的容积是6升。

逆时针旋转开启节流阀（2）

逆时针旋转调压阀（3）的手柄关闭该阀。

压缩空气经一根软管流至试验室右侧标注“空气进口”（9）的双端螺栓，为避免泵受到污染，必须在空气管路中设置有效的空气滤清器和水分离器。但要避免采用润滑装置-参见第三页中的润滑说明。顺时针旋转手柄开启调压阀（3）直至压力表指向5bar左右。这时在整个系统中泵燃油一分钟左右以确认在装置中没有滞流空气。只能通过泵

this instruction has been made to facilitate the understanding of the working principles of the pump unit.

this various control instruments and manoeuvring handles are fitted with a number. these numbers are mentioned in this instruction and are also referring to the numbers found on the drawing showing the complete pump unit. furthermore these numbers are found on the control panel of the pump unit.

please read this instructions of use carefully before using the pump unit and follow the instructions given very carefully. read also the section“overhaul of fuel valves” in the instruction manual.

before connectiong the pump unit:

the tank is filled with hydraulic oil (viscosity7-10cst at 500c) through the filler cap(11) in the right side of the top panel. the tank will hold 6 liters.

open the oil return valve(2) by turning anti-clockwise.

the handle of the regulator-valve(3) is closed by turning anti-clockwise.

compressed air is led through a flexible hose to the stud marked “air inlet”(9) on the right side of the cabinet. to avoid contamination of the pump, it is essential that an effective air filter and water separator is inserted in the air line. a lubro unit should however be avoided – see lubrication instruction on page 3 .the regulator –valve(30 is opened by turning the handle clockwise until the manometer indicates approx. 5 bar.
