工作原理：比重清选机的筛床面在长、宽两个方向都有一定的倾角，我们分别称之为纵向倾角和横向倾角，工作时，筛床在传动机构的作用下作往复振动，种子落在筛床上，在下面风机气流作用下，台面上的种子进行了分层，较重的种子落在物料下层，受筛床振动的作用种子要沿振动方向往上运动。

working principle: the sieve bed of gravity separator has angle of inclination in the direction of length and width. we call them vertical and horizontal angle of inclination. when it works, sieve bed make back and forth movement under the action of transmission then fall down on sieve bed. the seeds on the table are divided into strata under the action of lower air motor. the heavier seeds fall down on the lower material and then move upward along the vibration direction under the action of .along the direction of vibration of sieve bed.

较轻的种子浮在物料的上层，不能与筛床面接触，由于台面存在着横向倾角，向下漂落。另外由于筛床纵向倾角的作用，随着筛床的振动，物料沿筛床的长度方向向前运动，Zui终至出料口排出。由此可以看出，由于物料的比重差异，在比重清选机台面上，它们运动的轨迹是不同的，从而达到了清选或分级的目的。

lighter seeds float on the upper material and can not contact with the sieve bed and fall down due to horizontal angle of inclination of sieve bed. materials will move upward along length direction of sieve bed as sieve bed vibrates because of the action of vertical angle of inclination. at last, the selected seeds are discharged from outlet. so seeds having different track on the table can be separated according to their different gravity.
