真空度的形成
新装锅炉在注水至合适水位后,关闭所有与炉体相通的阀门,进行锅炉排气操作(抽真空),此时的真空度是靠真空泵抽气形成,抽出的气体都是空气(不凝结气体),这时,真空度抽得越低越好,因为空气属不凝结气体,它的存在会影响换热器的传热,一般真空度要达到-0.07mpa以下;当启炉升温后,随着负压蒸汽的产生,炉内真空度也随之下降(即炉压上升),此时的真空度是由于蒸汽被冷凝后的比容变化而形成,这种真空叫运行真空,这一真空度是负压蒸汽温度对应的饱和压力,这时的真空度基本保持在-0.03左右,对应的温度为90℃,并随热负荷的变化而波动。
真空度的确定
机组真空运行,热媒处于真空状态,为使系统运行在状态,建议将压力整定在0.06-0.08mpa(约-0.03

影响真空度的因素
真空度是确保锅炉稳定运行的重要指标,真空度变化主要有以下几个因素影响:一是本体有没有泄漏点;二是负荷有没突变;三是控制部分是否失灵;四是真空泵是不是工作失常。
在真空锅炉正常工作状况下,锅炉保持在运行真空状态下,真空泵无需工作,抽气单元的三通电磁阀和二通电磁阀是关闭的,只有当真空度发生较大下降时真空泵才会工作,同时打开二通电磁阀和三通电磁阀(详见控制)和真空泵。真空泵所排出的气体都是不凝结的气体,如空气。如果真空锅炉在正常工作过程中真空泵启动频繁,则为一种不正常现象,此时应检查负荷的变化情况,锅炉的气密性,控制部分是否正常等,如果均正常则应调整负压开关和压力开关的设计定,使真空泵的工作范围避开正常的锅炉压力波动范围。在作相应的检查和调整以后,锅炉会很快回到正常的工作状态。
