四辊湿式磁选机
tcws4g系列四辊湿式磁选机是上部给矿顺流式组合机型，矿石经料仓通过导料盘进入磁场区，磁性矿物被吸附在磁辊表面旋转到达精矿区，毛刷将吸附在磁辊表面上的磁性矿刷脱，在高压水的喷射下落到精矿斗里，部分未被吸附的磁性矿粒、非磁性矿粒和磁性较弱的矿粒由顺流磁辊下方的出料口排出，进入到下一级再选，从而达到分选的目的。本机Zui后一级根据需要，可以方便、快捷地对精矿或尾矿进行复选。
适用范围
1.对赤铁矿、假像赤铁矿、镜铁矿、褐铁矿、菱铁矿、锰矿、铬铁矿等的分选，对含有微量强磁性矿物的分选尤佳。
2.对原生钛铁矿、海滨砂矿、原生金红石、黑钨矿等有色金属的粗选。

the type of tcws4g series four-roller wet magnetic separator is a combined type of both upper feeding and parallel flow, ores enter into magnetic field through stock plate, magnetic minerals are attached onto the surface of magnetic roller and spin along it to arrive at concentrate area, the hairbrush takes these magnetic minerals off from the surface of roller, these minerals enter into concentrate bucket by high pressure water, some unattached magnetic minerals, non-magnetic minerals and minerals with weak magnetism will be expelled from discharge hole of the parallel-flow magnetic roller, then be selected again in next step, and finally realize separation. according to the condition, the last step of this machine can do double check for concentrates and gangues conveniently and quickly.
scope of application:
1. to separate hematite, supposed hematite, specularite, limonite, siderite, manganese ore, chromite and so on. the effect is especially good when separating the trace minerals with strong magnetism.
2. to roughly separate some non-ferrous metals such as native ilmenite, beach placer, native rutile, wolframite and so on.
