【产品简介】磷酸一铵（map）是一种水溶性速效复合肥，其总有效养分含量达55-60.0%以上，有效磷（ap2o5）与总氮（tn）含量的比例约5.44:1，是高浓度磷复肥的主要品种之一。该产品一般作追肥，也是生产三元复混肥、bb肥Zui主要的基础原料；该产品广泛适用于水稻、小麦、玉米、高梁、棉花、瓜果、蔬菜等各种粮食作物和经济作物；广泛适用于红壤、黄壤、棕壤、黄潮土、黑土、褐土、紫色土、白浆土等各种土质；尤其适合于我国西北、华北、东北等干旱少雨地区施用。

【brief introduction】

map is a water-soluble rapidly available compound fertilizer, in which the total amount of available nutrients is more than 55-60.0%, and the ratio of available phosphorus and total nitrogen is about 5.44:1, so it is one of main compound fertilizer with high phosphate concentration. this product is generally used for top dressing, and also as the raw materials of producing bb fertilizer and npk; this product is widely used for rice, wheat, corn, sorghum, cotton, fruits, vegetables and other food crops and economic crops; what’s more, it is widely used in soils with different quality, such as red soil, yellow soil, brown soil, fluvo-aquic soil , black soil, cinnamon soil, purple soil, and albic soil; especially at the drought areas ,such as the northwest, north, north-east region in china.

【生产工艺流程】采用先进的管式反应器工艺进行生产。磷矿粉（浆）与硫酸反应，反应料浆进行液固分离，得到湿法稀磷酸。稀磷酸经过浓缩得到浓磷酸。液氨与浓磷酸进行中和反应后：（1）反应料浆喷于返料上进行造粒，然后经过干燥、筛分、防结块包裹、冷却等工序制得粒状产品；（2）反应料浆进行喷雾干燥、筛分、冷却等工序处理得到粉状产品。

【production process】

weadopt the advanced technology of tubular reactor for production. phosphate rock (plasma) reactswith the sulfuric acid, and then conduct liquid-solid separation of the reaction slurry, so wet-process dilute phosphoric acid is made.after concentration,the dilute phosphoric acid will become concentrated phosphoric acid. liquid ammonia neutralize the concentrated phosphoric acid: (1) reaction slurry will be sprayed on the revert to granulate, and then after drying, screening, anti-caking packaging, cooling and other processes , granular product is made; ( 2) after the spray drying, sieving, cooling and other processes of reaction slurry, powdery product is made.

　　公司以科学发展观为指导，合理开发利用自然资源，坚持走循环经济的道路，坚持“循环型精细磷化工多联产关联多元化”的发展思路， 首先在2005年与全国Zui大经销商“徐州国华工贸有限公司”、贵阳市供电局“天毅公司”合作，共同组建“贵州开阳国华天鑫磷业有限公司”，合作开发精细磷化工产品，该项目总投资3亿多元，实施完毕后将实现年销售收入7.6亿元，年利税额1.3亿元，2005年底一期工程两台生产能力为7000吨/年的炉已建成投产。
另外，按公司2007—2010年五年规划公司正着手投资6亿元，依托公司完整的资源要素配置和中化涪陵在国内领先的湿法酸净化、节能工艺，构建公司循环型磷化工多联产系统，2010年实现销售收入15亿元。
