一  产品介绍;

   XRW-300热变形、维卡软化点温度测定仪主要用于非金属材料（如塑料、橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘材料等）的热变形及维卡软化点温度的测定。具有质量稳定，操作简单的特点，是化工企业、科研单位、大专院校等行业的理想测试工具。

工作原理

维卡（VST）定义：把试样放在液体介质或加热箱中，在等速升温条件下测定标准压针在（50+1）N力的作用下，压入从管材或管件上切取的试样内1mm时的温度。

热变形（HDT）定义：标准试样以平放（优选）或侧立方式承受三点弯曲恒定负荷，使其产生GB/T 1634相关部分规定的其中一种弯曲应力，在匀速升温条件下，测量达到与规定的弯曲应变增量相对应的标准挠度时的温度。

10 维卡负荷杆装有负荷板，固定于刚性金属架上，能在垂直方向自由移动。负载杆和金属架构件应具有相同的膨胀系数。

11 压针头为硬质钢制成，长3mm，横截面积为1.000±0.015mm2的圆柱体，压针头下表面应平整，垂直于负载杆的轴线，无毛刺。

12 外形尺寸为645mmx670mmx1450mm。

实现的功能:

    1、    实时显示试验温度和温度—变形曲线。

试验过程中，通过输入试样的尺寸，可自动计算出试验所须的负荷质量。

上线温度、变形量在使用范围内任意设定。

误差通过软件自动修正。

试验曲线颜色任意设定，可以实时显示和隐藏，并且曲线宽度粗细任意转换。

试验完成或达到上限温度时，具有报警功能，并自动停止加热。

试验完成后，打印试验曲线和试验报告。查询历次试验的历史纪录，并能重绘历次试验的试验曲线。

用户可对自己的使用软件进行三级密码保护。

必须使用正板软件进行安装，否则系统无法运行。

It has water cooling but circulatory system.

The 10 vicar load bar is equipped with a load plate, fixed on a rigid metal frame, and can move freely in the vertical direction.

The load bar and metal structure should have the same expansion coefficient.

The pressure needle is made of hard steel, 3mm long, and the cross sectional area is 1.000 + 0.015 mm2, the surface of the pressure needle should be flat, perpendicular to the axis of the load rod, without burr.

The size of 12 is 645mmx670mmx1450mm.

Implementation functions:

8. Users can make use of their own software for three-level password protection.
