4、每个工作岗位的油路系统均为独立控制，均配有自动时间控制器和计数器，可单独工作。分开对应排放，故障判断简单快捷，维修方便。

5、采用铝合金加热板热压成型，温控采用智能型温控系统，精度高，温度可自由调整，上下模可各别控制温度，Zui高温可达350度，使产品达到更完美及之压着成型。

6、可根据客户需要提供热定型、冷定型或二冷二热机型及不同的模板尺寸。

7、可选配模具安装油路，上升下降位置均可自由定位，更换模具方便快捷。

8、也可选装安全光幕，防止操作工人压到手指。

9、集中电气控制箱,电气元件分布合理,每条线都做有记号，诊断维修简单快捷，不易出故障，控制系统更为可靠.
