the paper-sorter ht is suitable within the range of 

the  waste  paper  assortment  both  for  the  separation 

from  paper  and  cardboard  boxes  and  for  the  fine-sorting  of  the  problematic  disturbing  off  portions  in  the

waste  paper ,  here  particularly  also  for  the  improvement 

of  the  deinking   .

paper-sorter  ht适合废纸的分类，包括纸张纸盒的

分选，以及废纸里问题复杂、令人头疼的细小物料的

分选，特别是去油墨质量的改善技术。

function  功能

the loaded material is placed on the paddles in both vertical 

and  horizontal  conveying  motion.  the  material  is  mixed 

thoroughly  by  vertical  acceleration  to  achieve  good  sieving 

capacity .

depending on  sieving  type,  either  deinking  material or  fine 

particles  are  separated  through  the  sieve  openings  in  the 

paddles. oversize  material is  transported  by the  paddles to 

the  end  of  the  machine  and  discharged  there. 

selection  between  cardboard  sifting  and  fine  sifting  –  for 

cardboard  sifting,  the  cardboard  boxes  are  transported  by  the 

paddles  because  of  their  size,  and  the  remaining,  smaller 

material  is  separated  by  the  sieve  openings  in  the  paddles.

for fine particle sieving, the deinking material is transported 

by  the  paddles,  fine  particles  are  separated  into  the  sieve 

openings  in  the  paddles.

depending on  the  material, the  sieve  rest  size  can  be  adapted 

to the material. conveyor speed and material mixture can be 

adjusted by changing the rotational speed, rotational speeds 

of  160-190  rpm  are  optimal. 

装载物料放在踏板上，作垂直和水平的输送运动。物料经过

垂直加速运动被充分混合，达到良好的筛分能力。

根据筛板尺寸,去油墨物料或细小物料通过踏板上的筛眼被分

选。筛上物料通过踏板被运送至机器尾端并被卸载掉。

纸板筛分和细小物料筛分的选择:  对于纸板筛分,  纸板盒根

据尺寸通过踏板被运送,其他的更小的物料被踏板上的筛眼分

选掉。对于细小物料的筛分，去油墨物料被踏板运送，细小

物料被分选落到踏板里的筛眼里。

根据物料,筛板的余下尺寸可以根据物料进行调整。输送机速

度和物料混合可以根据转速的改变进行调节，可选160-190rpm  转速。
