 本厂模具制造所用模架均采用香港龙记、明利，型腔材料采用瑞典一胜百优貭模具钢。采用从模具设计、制造、检测、调试等所必需的cad/cam/cae作业系统，拥有先进的cnc加工中心、edm火花成型机、数控电脑线切割机、高精度台湾原装数控铣床等。
