无机颜料 F310钼铬红(P.R.104)

化学性质：钼镉红是一种含钼酸铅和铬酸铅、硫酸铅的无机颜料，可以有橘红色至红色的各类品种。它的颜色鲜明，着色力高于橘铬黄，遮盖力及各种主要耐性指标均甚优良。钼铬红的化学组成在一般的工业产品中含铬酸铅[pbcro4] 15%～85%，钼酸铅[pbmoo4]10%～15%，硫酸铅[pbso4]3%～10%。钼铬红的分子式大约是25pbcro4·4pbmoo4·pbso4,或7pbcro4·pbmoo4·pbso4之间，变动pbcro4、pbmoo4及pbso4三者的分子比，可能得到不同品种的颜料，为了达到一定的色调和着色力，pbcro4和pbmoo4的分子比常保持在一定范围之内。钼铬红的密度为5.41～6.34g/cm3，吸油量为15.8%～40.0%，颗粒直径为0.1～1.0μm，遮盖力强，耐水性优，耐石蜡性优，耐溶剂性优，耐酸、耐碱性一般。

用途：钼铬红在涂料中得到广泛的应用，如可制成橘红色的涂料。也可以同白色防锈颜料配合制成类似红丹外观的钼铬红防锈漆。钼铬红也常同耐晒必能好的有机颜料拼色，可得到耐溶剂、不泛金光、耐烘烤温度的大红色烘漆。用于塑料着色，钼铬红也常同耐热性能较好的有机颜料配成鲜明的耐热大红色，同炭黑可配成咖啡色。在油墨使用方面，钼铬红是同铬黄应用性能相似的一种橘红色颜料。钼铬红在实际应用中反映有类似铅镉黄的种种缺点，如晶型易变化，使色泽要改变，耐光性和耐候性也不十分理想，在1944年开始就有以氢氧化铝、钛、铈等氧化物进行表面处理的品种，耐光性、耐候性及晶体稳定性有所提高，以后又现出以锑及硅化合物表面处理的措施，目前经过改进的制品，其耐光、耐候性等指标均已大有所提高。

用途：用于油漆、油墨、塑料等行业
