格润泰供应各种尺寸、功率的电加热圈，采用优质不锈钢、镍铬合金和高绝缘材料,经过严格的工艺技术加工制成。格润泰电加热圈有圆形截面、方形截面、扁平截面及封闭式多种形式，可根据客户图纸或来样定制，外表面经过光亮和喷砂处理，可带k型、j型或e型控温热电偶。加热圈广泛应用于热流道塑胶模具、吹塑机、挤出机及热嘴（浇道套和喷嘴）上。

格润泰弹簧加热圈外部采用优质crni钢，内部采用高纯氧化镁以及的技术制造而成。弹簧加热圈的发热线是经过火处理，具有绕性可弯曲成弧形或圆形加热。其工作温度高、升温快、加热均匀、使用寿命长，可自动控制面积，具有较高的热传导作用,同时内部发热材料损坏，外部仍可回用。
