安装方法及注意事项    fixing up method and attentions

1、使用前请先打开话机底部的电池盖，按“+”“-”极性装入电池，当显示模糊时应及时更换电池。

please open the battery cover on the bottom of device before using. put the battery inside according to the + - polarity. please replace the battery on time when the display is becoming slur

2、必须向电信局申请开通来电显示服务，本机才能正常接收来电信息

please apply for the display service at the telecommunication office, then this device can receive  all incoming calls info normally

3、电话机应安装在干燥、通风、无腐蚀气体的地方. please fix the machine in the suitable place like  dry,aeration, no corrodent gas.

1        来电指示灯——当有来电时，此灯会点亮；  incoming call direct light--- the light will be on for incoming call

2        工作指示灯——当在通话时，此灯会点亮； working direct light–the light will be on when calling

5        set键——按此键进入设置状态；set key–press this key for the setting

hold key–under the state of picking up, it will keep the music. if want to get through, then press the key again

7        flash键——按此键电话机会收线一次；

flash key- the device will hang up if press this key

8        redial键——按此键重拨刚才你所拨出去的号码； redial key–press this key to redial the former phone no

9        on-hook键——此键按下表示摘机，此键弹出表示挂机；on-hook key–on means picking up,

10     del键——按此键删除你不要的内容或退出设置状态；del key- delete the content you don’t need or exit from the setting.

11     out键——按此键查询去电号码和通话时间；out key–check the dialed calls and time

12     down键——按此键向前翻查来电号码；down key–check the incoming calls onwards

13     up键——按此键向后翻查来电号码；up key–check the incoming calls backwards

14     rec——录音接口           rec–record interface

15     tel/line——外线接口      tel/line–exterior line interface

19     vol——耳机、手柄受话音音量调节，向“+”方向旋转表示音量逐渐变大，向“-”方向旋转表示音量逐渐变小；

20     耳机、手柄开关切换——开关打到“ ”表示用耳机打电话，开关打到“ ” 表示用手柄打电话；

 earphone, handle swift --“ ”means calling by earphone. “ ”means calling by handle

21     flash时间调节——开关调至600，表示flash时间是600毫秒，开关调至300，表示flash时间为300毫秒，开关调至100，表示flash时间为100毫秒； flash time control- turn to 600, the flash time is 600 millisec. turn to 300.the flash time is 300 millisec. turn to 100, the flash time is 100millisec

22     拨号方式开关——打到“t”表示音频拨号，打到“p”表示脉冲拨号。 dial swift–t :frequency dial. p :impluse dial

23     铃声大小调节——打到“h”表示大档，打到“l”表示小档；ring volume control- h hight. l less

24     mic——耳机、手柄发送大小调节，向“+”方向旋转表示发送逐渐变大，向“-”方向旋转表示发送逐渐变小；

  mic–earphone, handle sending control. +  larger.–: smaller

25     摘挂机开关——推上去为“摘机”，推下来为“挂机”。 on-off swift : on is picking up, off is hanging up

 

话机设置  phone setting

设置方法   setting method

1、待机状态下，按“set”键进入设置状态。on standby, press set key to setting

2、按“up”、“down”键改变设置项目和修改设置参数，某项设置完成后，按“set”键确认并进入下一个设置项目。

press up, down key to set the program and specification. when finishing one setting, press set key for confirm and move on for the next step

3、在设置过程中按“del”键退出设置状态；during the setting, press del key back to the setting state

设置内容 content setting 

1、设置日期/时间：按“set”键液晶屏提示“set 1 date”按“set”键确认进入日期/时间设置，年在闪烁，按“up”、“down”键进行修改后，按“set”键确认。进入月份设置，方法与年的设置相同。依次修改日、时、分的设置。

set date/time: press set key,  the lcd screen will display “ set 1 date “, then press set key to confirm, then enter the date time setting.  year is shining, press up and down key to adjust, then press set to confirm. then to moth setting, same way as year setting. in turn to date, hour, and minutes setting

2、区号设置：液晶屏提示“set 2 code”按“set”键确认，液晶屏显示“code-----”，按“up”、“down”键修改第一位区号，完成后按“set”键进入第二位区号修改，以此类推。

code setting: lcd screen shows set 2 code, press set for confirm, screen shows code---, press up, down key to change the first digital code, then press set for the second digital after finish the first step. and so on

备注：设置本地区号后，如本地来电有区号时会不显示，以方便回拨。

remarks: after setting the local code, it won’t display the code when incoming call from local for convenient to dial back.

3、出局码设置：液晶屏提示“set 3  pcode”按“set”键确认，液晶屏显示“pcode--”，按“up”、“down”键修改第一位出局码，完成后按“set”键进入第二位出局码修改，以此类推。

out code setting: the screen shows set 3 pcode, press set key for confirm, screen shows pcode---, press up down key to revise the first out code, after finishing, then press set for the second digital out code.

   4、自动ip设置：液晶屏提示“set 4 auto ip”按“set”键确认，液晶屏显示“auto  ip  off”，按“up”、“down”键选择自动ip开或关，选择“auto  ip  on”，按“set”键确认，液晶屏提示“input code”，此时根据不同电信公司ip服务的不同方式输入特服号码、卡号、密码，输入过程中，可用“del”键进行修改，输入完毕按“set”键确认。

automatic ip setting: the screen shows set 4 auto ip, press set key for confirm, screen shows auto ip off, press up down key for choosing automatic ip on or off, choose auto ip on, press set for confirm, the screen shows input code, then according to the different way of ip service of different telecommunication companies, input the service no, card no, code, during the process of inputting, it is possible to revise with del key. after finishing inputting, press set key for confirm.

来电号码 incoming calls no

接收  receiving

当有来电显示信息发送到本机，话机能自动识别来电制式，过滤掉本地或手机前的长途区号，并显示到话机的屏幕上。Zui多可显示12位来电号码。

when incoming call info send to the device, the machine will automatically recognize e the calling model, 

来电查询  check dialed call

在待机状态下，按“up”、“down”键查询来电情况，按“up”键从Zui后一组向前查询，按“down”键从第一组向后查询。

on standby, press up down key to check the incoming calls, press up key is to check forward from the last one, press down key is to check backward from the first one.

去电号码查询  dialed phone number check

待机状态下，按“out”键，查询去电号码（Zui多可显示16位），及通话时间。

on standby, press out key, check the dialed calls no. ( maximum 16 digital) and the calling time

来、去电号码删除  incoming and dialed phone no delete

在查询到某组来电、去电号码，可按 “del”键，删除本组号码。按住“del”键3秒，可删除全部来电号码或去电号码。when checking the incoming or dialed phone no, press del key to delete this no.  press del key for 3 seconds, it could delete all incoming or dialed phone no.

hold键  hold key

在摘机状态下，按“hold”键，则进入音乐保留状态，并有音乐发送给对方，同时对方不能听到你的声音。若要重新通话，只要按“hold”键即可。

on the state of picking up, if press hold key, it will keep the music, and meanwhile send the music to the other side, however, the other side cannot hear your voice. if want to get through again, just press the hold key

redial键   redial key

1、在摘机状态下按“redial”键，重拨前次所拨号码（Zui大32位）。

on the state of picking up, to press the redial key, it will redial the last dialed phone number (maximal 32digital)

 

2、在挂机状态预拨号后，按“redial”键，则自动摘机拨出预拨号码。（若设置了出局码，且预拨号码大于或等于6位，则自动摘机拨出出局码后延时3.6秒再拨出后面的号码。）

on the state of hanging up, press redial key, it will auto dial the phone no. (if setting out code, and the phone no is equal or more than 6 digital, it will auto pick up and dial the out code, after 3.6 seconds, it will dial the latter.

3、挂机来电查询状态，按“redial”键，则自动摘机拨出显示的号码；连续按两次“redial”键，则在来电号码前自动加“0”回拨。（若设置了出局码，当查询到的来电号码，按“redial”键，则自动摘机加拨“出局码”并延时3.6秒后再拨出显示的号码；连续按两次“redial”键，则在号码前自动加拨“出局码”+3.6秒+“0”。之后重拨也会自动加拨“出局码”并延时3.6秒后再拨出显示的号码。）

on the state of hanging up & checking, press redial key, it will auto pick up and dial the displayed  phone no. if  press redial twice, it will auto dial out code + 3.6seconds + 0.if redial,it will auto pick up and dial the out code, after 3.6 seconds, it will dial the latter.

 

4、摘机来电查询状态，按“redial”键，话机自动收线一次后拨出显示的号码。（若设置了出局码，当查询到的来电号码，则加拨“出局码”并延时3.6秒后再拨出显示的号码）

on the state of picking up and checking incoming call, press redial key, the devie will hang up once, then dial the displayed phone no. (if setting out code, if checking the incoming calls, it will auto pick up and dial the out code, after 3.6 seconds, it will dial the displayed phone no ).

 

5、挂机去电查询状态，按“redial”键，将自动摘机拨出显示的号码；摘机去电查询状态，按“redial”键，话机自动收线一次后拨出显示的号码。（若设置了出局码，当查询到的去电号码首1～3位是出局码时，回拨、重拨及追拨时拨完“出局码”后延时3.6秒后再拨出显示的号码。）

on the state of checking dialed calls, presss redial key,it will auto pick up, and dial the displayed phone no. one the state of picking up and checking dialed call, press redial key, the device will auto hang up once and then dial the displayed phone no; (if setting out code, when the 1-3 digital of the checked dialed call is out code, dialed the out code, after 3.6 seconds, it will re dial the displayed phone no when calling back, redialing, calling.
