昨天我在工作中才接触到温升测试,所以抱着学习的决心!今天就想把温升测试的过程和判断结果
这里我首先写出检测报告的具体步骤!
1. 测试方法:
Test procedure:
1) 应选择接线端子上有可能导致Zui高温度的位置进行温度测量。测试应该持续2个小时即使温度在短时间内达到稳定。达到稳定状态是指三个连续5分钟时间间隔,温度没有进一步上升。
Temperatures shall be measured on the wiring terminals of the pole location judged most likely to result in the highest temperatures. The test is to continue for 4 hours even if stabilized temperatures are attained in a shorter period of time. A temperature is considered to be stabilized when three consecutive readings, taken at 5 minute intervals, indicate no further rise above the ambient temperature.
2) 所有触点应串联使得通过相同电流,电流为 DC3.0A 。
All contacts are to be connected in series so as to carry the same test current, the input is DC3.0A .
3) 测试应该在无空气对流环境温度范围为25 ±5°C (77 ±9°F)的条件下进行。测试在25°C以外的环境温度下得到的结果,应通过增加测试的环境温度与25°C之间的偏差,调整到环境温度为25°C。
This test is to be made in a draft-free area having an ambient temperature of 25 ±5°C (77 ±9°F).
Tests conducted at an ambient temperature other than 25°C are to have the test results adjusted to an ambient temperature of 25°C by adding the appropriate variation between 25°C and the ambient.
4) 样品每个触点的温升不能超过规定的30℃。
5) Each contact of the specimen must not exceed the specified temperature rise of 30 ℃.
2. 测试数据:
Test results
本报告未加盖xxxx报告章无效。本报告不得修改、增加或删除。此结果只对本次受测样品的结果负责。未经XXXX书面同意,不得部分复制本报告,亦不可作为宣传品使用

也就是说温升测试:需要串联后!温度升温不超过30度!在接线的时候有个室温线!也就是说!有几PIN,需要N+1条线!其三个仪器!一个是负载仪,电流仪,还有一个温升测试仪器!
