专业办理尼日利亚SONCAP认证

SONCAP是Standards Organization of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Programme的缩写，即：尼日利亚强制性合格评定程序。SONCAP是尼日利亚标准局（Standards Organization of Nigeria,简称SON）实施的检查控制不合格不安全产品出口到该国的一项政策。SONCAP证书是在尼日利亚海关办理通关手续的法定必备文书，缺少SONCAP证书将造成管制产品通关迟延或被拒绝进入尼日利亚，给进口商和出口商均造成巨大损失。SONCAP从2005年12月1日起正式执行，而从2011年8月15号开始 ，全部产品进入尼日利亚都需要做SONCAP认证，产品已经取消。
 
SONCAP认证的步骤:
    SONCAP认证分为“产品认证”和“SONCAP强制认证”两个步骤。首先由中国出口商在中国办理产品认证，取得“产品证书（Product Certificate，简称PC）”；取得PC证书后，由尼日利亚进口商办理Form“M”；Zui后等出货后再由中国出口商办理SONCAP认证，取得“SONCAP证书（SONCAP Certificate，简称SC）”，寄给进口商用于清关。

第一步：产品认证。依据测试报告和产品资料，办理产品证书（PC），有效期一年，在此期间可反复出口产品证书上的货物给不同的尼日利亚客户。通过产品认证的出口商将获得产品证书（PC）之后，进口商即可凭此申请开立“M”表格（Form “M”）。

第二步：SONCAP强制认证。在获得产品证书（PC）后，每次出货后，根据相关的发票，装箱单，提单，产品PC证书和Form“M”来办理SONCAP证书。

To help fulfill its responsibility to protect Nigerian consumers, the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) has implemented stringent and clear guidelines to assure Nigerian consumers that importhttp://www.3566t.com/sell/show.php?itemid=1327750 http://www.35667.com/ed products comply with applicable regulations, that is, the SONCAP (Standards Organization of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Programme) certification. Since Aug. 15.2011, all products must get the SONCAP certificate when they enter Nigeria market. The goods will be refused to enter or delayed without the SONCAP certificate.

There are two stage processes to apply the SONCAP certificate: Product Certification & Shipment Certification

1. Product Certification
The Product Certification, is applicable only the first time that you wish to export a particular type or model of product. A Product Certificate will be issued after the submission of an acceptable Test Report to the SON Office. The resulting Product Certificate can be valid for up to one year. When the exporter get the Product Certificate, the Nigerian importer can get the “Form M” which is a very important document to issue the Shipment Certificte.

2. Shipment Certification
The Shipment Certification, is applicable on a shipment by shipment basis. All Certification will be performed by your local SON Country Office.
