to make photoluminescent glaze which can be widely used in the
production of ceramic floor tiles,ceramic internal wall tiles and
enamel signs and give luminous products excellent indicating and
beautifying effect.
the photoluminescent glaze is composed of basic
glaze,photoluminescent pigment as well as little additives and can
be used directly to produce luminous products after complete
blend.it can be applied to artistic tiles of internal
wall,indication tiles,household ceramics as well as glass
utensils.

note: the
thickness of the photoluminescent glaze layer is suggested
0.2-0.4mm.
iii.usage
luminous enamel
glaze
photoluminescent enamel glaze had better be doped on the surface of
the fired white enamel glaze layer to form the luminescent
patterns. the doping and firing technologies of white enamel layer
are like those of traditional white enamel.
1. mix the pl enamel glaze with water (the weight ratio is
1:0.5-0.6) in the ball milling pot for 5 minutes to get glaze
slurry.
2. dope glaze slurry on the surface of the fired white glaze layer
to get luminous layer, the thickness of this luminous layer is
400-500μm.
3. dry it.
4. fired 2-4 minutes at 800-850℃, luminous enamel product is
got.
5.in order to obtain more smooth surface, a layer of thin
transparent glaze can be doped on the luminous glaze layer.
6. luminous glaze can also be mixed with certain amount of
screen-printing ink to form luminous patterns through screen-print
technology.
suggestions
1. do not grind the pl pigment with metal material, otherwise the
luminous effect will be affected.
2. add 1-2%(by weight) of baste to increase the fluidity and
suspension of glaze, if you find deposition during usage.
3. using tcb-35 transparent enamel glaze manufactured by our
company, you can get better effect.

luminous internal wall glaze
tile
1. ball mill tgb-45m series pl ceramic glaze with water (the weight
ratio is 1:0.6-0.7) in ball milling machine for 20 minutes to get
the glaze slurry.
2. to form a layer of luminescent glaze 200-400μm by spraying,
spraying and pouring method.
3. dry it.
4. fired 35-50 minutes at 1000-1080℃, luminous internal wall glaze
tile is got.
luminous floor tile(pattern tile)
1. mixing tgb-45h series luminous ceramic glaze with certain amount
of screen-printing oil can get the screen-printing slurry.
2. screen print luminous glaze slurry on the unfired floor tile"s
white glaze, then get luminous pattern.
3. pour a layer of transparent glaze on the surface of the
pattern.
4. fired 35-45 minutes at 1100-1180℃, luminous design tile product
is got.
luminous internal wall design tile
(fired for three times)
1. mixing tgb-45l series luminous ceramic glaze with certain amount
of screen-printing oil can get the screen-printing slurry.
2. screen print luminous design on the surface of the fired white
internal wall glaze tile.
3. pile transparent dry glaze powder on the luminous design with
screen.
4. fired 40-50 minutes at 900-1000℃, internal wall tile with
protuberant design is got.
suggestions
1. do not grind the pl pigment with metal material, otherwise the
luminous effect will be affected.
2. if you find deposition during using, add 2%(weight) of baste to
increase the fluidity of glaze.
3. you had better adopt suited transparent glaze produced by our
company when producing luminous tile.
