Terui plate cutting & brushing machine, based on our technology advantage, is the new developed equipment for large VRLA batteries plates production. It can complete plate trimming, lug brushing and frame brushing automatically. 二、设备特点：

Machine performance:

1.      采用光电控制，使上片、刷耳、输送、切耳、刷边框及分片连续完成，自动化程度高，节约大量人工；

With photoelectric control, the machine can complete grid feeding, lug brushing, transmission, lug cutting, frame brushing and plate trimming process. High automation and save large labor cost.

2.      极板输送轨道、刷子可调节，适应极板尺寸的变化，修正刷子的磨损；滚刷拆装操作简便。

The plate conveyors and brush can be adjusted accurately to adapts to the plate dimension, correct the wear brush. Easy disassembly of the rolling brush.

3.      采用锯片或滚切方式切耳； 刷边是沿极板缝隙方向刷板；

Use the saw blade or the rolling cutting method to cut the lug. To brush the frame along the plate edge.

4.      极板刷耳切耳、刷边框过程中的机械动作和输送无极板的撞击，有效的防止极板活性物质的脱落和疏松，切耳、刷边框时设备原因所造成废品率低。

5.      本机采用密封结构，设备底部和局部配有吸尘接口，以及底部设置铅粉大颗粒集尘斗，方便清扫和整理。符合环保要求，大大节约环保成本；
