synforge 3062 is a concentrated water-based, synthetic type, clear, graphite-free ferrous and some non-ferrous alloy forging lubricant. it is specifically designed to help forge difficult brass and aluminum alloy forgings. synforge 3062 provides excellentmetal flow dynamics and exceptional fine detail fill while continuing to provide outstanding part release from the die. this unique graphite-free lubricant eliminates fire, minimizes smoke and improves the shop’s overall environment while reducingmaintenance costs due to graphite contamination. synforge 3062 is uniquely formulatedto provide die lubrication when forming very demanding and complex parts. this product is specifically designed to minimize part ‘staining’ or discoloration caused by the use of forging lubricants. these difficult forgings were only producible using graphitic based forging lubricants in the past.

synforge 3062 can be applied by spraying or swabbing. superior die coverage is obtained by using either an air atomized spray system or a high-pressure air-less spray system. this product never requires mixing either in its concentrate form or after it is diluted with water. this product does utilize preservatives that will provide for 1 year shelf life if the containers are unopened. when the product is diluted it will remain bacteria and/or fungi free for up to 1 week.synforge 3062 is supplied as a concentrate and is designed to be diluted with water. a good starting dilution ratio would normally be 1 part lube to 30 parts water. the best dilution results are obtained by adding the water to the concentrate while mixing; continue mixing for 1 minute after all of the water has been added this assures that the mixture is homogeneous. continuous mixing of the diluted material is not re it is important to note that much higher dilution ratios are commonly obtained depending on the complexity and severity of the forging.

稀释操作方法:

synforge 3062是以浓缩液的型态供应客户，在使用前应給于10秒钟较大幅度的摇动或搅拌。然而在稀释液状态时就不需要搅拌。本产品需要用自来水稀释。新工件的稀释倍数应从10或15倍开始。的操作是在缓慢搅拌的状态下将脱模剂原液加入净水中。在完成配比混合后，应继续多搅拌1分钟，以确保稀释液均匀。使用中的稀释液就不需要再搅拌了。

脱模剂的实施:

应用synforge 3062到模具时，可以使用喷雾或是涂抹的方式。而空气雾化喷涂系统或是高压无空气雾化喷涂系统在脱模剂喷涂的应用，更能得到十分优良的模具涂层品质。
